Overview

I am qualified as a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of the overall experience. In 2019, I joined Brivan Consultants as a partner leading its consulting practice that serves various clients across sectors, including technology, retail, manufacturing, food and beverage, and agriculture, to achieve their business goals by providing them with expert advice.

My extensive experience providing audit, advisory, and transactional support services enables me to assist my clients in fundraising, international expansion, strategic business planning, mergers, acquisitions, and exit preparation. I am also part of the consulting practice providing services to startups while being their virtual CFO. It further includes helping them with project financials, financial modelling, financial projections, investor presentations and working with various PE’s/VCs in the process of financial due diligence.

Previous Experience

My journey began with a leading life insurance company in India. Eventually, I joined the Big Four companies, including Deloitte India, KPMG India, and KPMG UK. During my time at the Big Four, I mostly provided – assurance, auditing, and business advisory services to financial institutions, including insurance companies, banks, and investment managers. Among the key areas were audit planning, execution and reporting, group reporting, internal control testing, and other statutory certifications for clients. My core area of expertise is financial planning analysis and risk assessment & mitigation in the life insurance sector in India.
